40 Years of "Innovative in Ceramics"
For 40 years, we have been producing high-quality ceramic components for our demanding customers under the motto "Innovative in Ceramics." We are proud to be not only a supplier with extensive experience but also a competent partner in the joint development of comprehensive functional solutions.
Milestones in Our Company History
- 1981: Founded in rented premises in Hersbruck with 3 employees.
- From 1984: Moved to our own small factory building in Henfenfeld near Hersbruck.
- Continuous Growth: Step-by-step expansion and extensions in all directions.
- From 1993: Gerald Vogt Jr. joined the company directly after his mechanical engineering studies, with extensive training in all departments and a long-term, gradual takeover of responsibilities.
- From 2009: Gerald Vogt Jr. took over sole management from his father.
- From 2010: Establishment of our in-house grinding shop with full equipment.
- Since 2016: Gerald Vogt Jr. is the sole owner of VOGT GmbH.
- Today: Current production area of approx. 4,000 m2 with 20 pressing machines (4–50 t) and 45 employees.
Looking Ahead
With a view to the future, the topics of environmental protection, internationalization, employee qualification and motivation, and digitalization have the highest priority.
