Transition to CO₂‑Neutral Energy Supply
We are pleased to announce that we have switched our natural gas supply for the sintering of technical ceramics to CO2-neutral ÖKOGAS from our regional energy provider, HEWA GmbH. This marks another active contribution to the energy transition (Energiewende). The total CO2 savings amount to approximately 435 tons annually.
As of January 2017, our entire energy supply is 100% CO2-neutral – and is TÜV certified.
