NEWS FROM VOGT

News from our company and the world of technical ceramics

Investment in Innovation

To further increase our production capacities and manufacturing capabilities, we have invested in new high-quality machinery over the past few months.

By acquiring a new high-performance automatic dry press from Dorst, equipped with 12 tons of pressing force for multi-cavity tooling, we are specifically expanding our capacities in ceramic manufacturing technology.

In addition to this advanced dry press, we have acquired a state-of-the-art and highly precise wire EDM machine from Mitsubishi for our in-house tool shop. This allows us to further increase both the efficiency and the quality of our tool production.

Furthermore, we have invested in an additional Wolters double-disk surface grinding machine, specifically designed for high-precision and efficient double-sided finishing of sintered ceramic parts. This cutting-edge grinding machine enables us to finish the surfaces of our ceramic components to a high quality level using diamond grinding wheels, while simultaneously increasing our production output.

With these new acquisitions, we at VOGT Ceramic Components are well-equipped to meet the growing demands of our customers regarding availability and quality, continuing to offer first-class solutions for a wide range of industries.
