The quality of our products is our top priority. To continue meeting our customers' high requirements in the best possible way, we have expanded our quality assurance equipment with a state-of-the-art optical/tactile measuring machine.
The self-calibrating "Keyence IM" features automatic temperature compensation and high measuring speeds. Thanks to integrated measuring probes, a precision of ±2 µm can be guaranteed, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Comprehensive statistical analysis software determines key process parameters for production over any given period and provides essential indicators for regular tool maintenance. Additionally, multiple parts can be measured simultaneously in a very short time.
