The self-calibrating "Keyence IM" has automatic temperature compensation and a high measuring speed. The integrated probes ensure a precise measurement of ±2µm, including form and position tolerances. A comprehensive statistical analysis software determines important process parameters for production over any period of time and provides important indicators for regular tool overhauls. It is also possible to measure several parts simultaneously in the shortest possible time.
